Booking Policies

Booking Fee

A booking fee of $65.00 will be charged at the time of making your appointment.  At the time of checkout from your visit this amount will be applied to your bill as a credit.

Forms of Payment 

We accept credit card payment, we do not bill any forms of insurance.  Payment is charged prior to beginning of each appointment. If the charge is declined by your credit card company, the appointment will not continue,

Card on File

All clients will have valid credit card information on file with Marielis Health and Wellness..  This will allow for the booking fee to be charged at the time of booking an appointment.  If no card is given to be placed on file, no appointment will be booked.

​​Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Any appointment cancellation/rescheduling within less than 24 hours of appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. No exceptions.

Late Arrival

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule your service.  This may also result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

No Call No Show

If a client does not cancel or reschedule their appointment they will forfeit the booking fee and it will be in the discretion of Marielis Health and Wellness,  to re-book the service.

SMS Term of Service
